At Fennec House, to ensure break times for the fennecs and allow them to spend their time comfortably,
Entry and Exit times are restricted to "10 minutes before the start of the hour".

11:00 / 12:00 / 13:00 / 14:00 …
You cannot enter after the start time.

Currently, there are 6 fennec foxes at Fennec House.
Since they all have different personalities and lifestyles, they are not all out in the same space at once. We rotate their time out and break times to minimize stress on each individual.
Q8 Can I bring outside food or drinks? ▼
We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing outside food or drinks.
Q9 Is it safe for first-time visitors? ▼
Absolutely.
Even if it's your first time meeting a fennec fox or if you are a bit nervous around animals, our staff will gently support you.
Please relax and enjoy your time with peace of mind.
Q10 Can children and international tourists visit? ▼
Yes, you are welcome to visit. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
Please note that preschoolers are not allowed to enter.
Fennec foxes are adorable but can be sensitive to loud noises and sudden movements. Therefore, we primarily guide children to observe and take photos with the fennecs alongside an adult.
We take care to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for both the fennecs and our young guests.
